It has always been wonderful getting service from a good TPA and good backend officers. I would like to mention the name, Mr Dexter. We never get proper feedback from the Healthcare providers. It was one short sentence “Insurance rejected”. I never understood the value of Aafiya Customer care support unless I personally called up to check on the rejections and it was Mr Dexter who always supported in assisting and advising on the claims as well as the rejection part.
